Rajeev is a qualified Registered Valuer (S&FA), duly registered with Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (“IBBI”) Rajeev has vast experience (more than 12 years) in the field of valuations, corporate planning & restructuring, transaction advisory and compliances under SEBI laws. During his stint of more than 6 years with Turnaround Corporate Advisors Private Ltd. (TCA), SEBI registered category I Merchant Banker, Rajeev had worked as Vice President- Investment Banking where he had headed the valuation desk. Besides the valuations, Rajeev had also worked on other merchant banking assignment like IPO, Takeover, Delisting etc. Prior to that, Rajeev had worked for more than 4 years with Sobhagya Capital Options Ltd. (SCOL), SEBI registered category I Merchant Banker as Manager- Investment Banking and had worked in the field of valuations, takeovers, buy backs, delisting etc.
