He also holds the prestigious DISA (Diploma in Information Systems Audit) qualification, enabling him to conduct digital audits and strengthen IT control frameworks.

His expertise spans tax advisory, statutory compliance, and internal audits for both listed and unlisted companies. He is known for delivering precise, compliance-driven, and strategically aligned solutions tailored to diverse business sectors.

Ajay Kumar has also served as an Independent Director on the boards of listed entities, contributing to governance, risk management, and oversight functions. He brings a strong blend of technical depth, regulatory insight, and board-level experience to the firm’s Tax & Regulatory practice.
