His practice areas include Corporate Transactional services, Cross-border Investments Strategies, Joint Ventures, Mergers & Acquisition (M&A), Business Restructuring, Legal Due Diligence, Compliance Management, Special Economic Zones (SEZs), Commercial and Industrial Real Estate, Company Law, LLPs, Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA), Labor and Employment Laws, Industrial Laws and Corporate Secretarial services. He was associated with various reputed law firms and worked as group company secretary for well-known corporate group in New Delhi before starting the firm. He is Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of Commerce.

Sachin’s wealth of knowledge has crossed numerous industries with international exposure worked in Asia & Africa. He has rich experience in audit and tax practice with domestic and international corporates. He specialises in the development of tax strategies, Transfer Pricing, Cross-Border Taxation. Sachin, who is a Chartered Accountant by profession, has over 16 years of professional experience in the field of regulatory and taxation. He has also worked with international corporate as CFO as major part of his career. He has played a key role in Tax and Regulatory advisory in a Fund Structure, Entity Options on Inbound and Outbound Investments from the outside India, as well as from the Indian Tax & Regulatory perspective He is Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Bachelor of Law and Master of Commerce.

Anup is a Corporate Lawyer with a rich experience of over 3 decades having a proven record of providing in dispensable advice to clients and delivering positive outcomes for them Appearing& Presenting the Case before Supreme Court, High Courts & Various Other Trial Courts, Tribunals & Consumer Forums. Possessing the ability to convincingly present a case in Court. Good knowledge of Corporate laws, Criminal and Industrial laws. Understanding of Contracts, Government Regulations, Intellectual Property Rights, Patents etc. Knowledge of Tax and Corporate Law. Experience of supporting vulnerable clients. His specialties include: Winding up petition, Shareholders dispute, Director’s litigation, Arbitration matters, Compounding of offences / contraventions / National Company Law Tribunal, Criminal cases including quashing of FIR in High Courts. He was associated with various reputed corporate and worked as group company secretary for well-known corporate group in Indiaefore joining the firm. He is Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of Commerce.

Ankur Sangal, is an associate partner of the firm, he has immense knowledge in the field of Accounting, Finance and Audit etc. Due of his excellent command over matters relating to compliance and Accounting, he has been advising clients on various strategic issues. He has expertise in Accounts Audits, Finance, Taxation etc. Ankur, who is a Chartered Accountant by profession, has over 10 years of professional experience in the field of accounting, audit and taxation.

Rajeev is a qualified Registered Valuer (S&FA), duly registered with Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (“IBBI”) Rajeev has vast experience (more than 12 years) in the field of valuations, corporate planning & restructuring, transaction advisory and compliances under SEBI laws. During his stint of more than 6 years with Turnaround Corporate Advisors Private Ltd. (TCA), SEBI registered category I Merchant Banker, Rajeev had worked as Vice President- Investment Banking where he had headed the valuation desk. Besides the valuations, Rajeev had also worked on other merchant banking assignment like IPO, Takeover, Delisting etc. Prior to that, Rajeev had worked for more than 4 years with Sobhagya Capital Options Ltd. (SCOL), SEBI registered category I Merchant Banker as Manager- Investment Banking and had worked in the field of valuations, takeovers, buy backs, delisting etc.
